So the park was a blast, those of you who missed out are squares. But seriously, it was a lot of fun and we hope to see everyone at the upcoming beach WOD and our very first paintball day. Speaking of paintball, I put the sign up sheet in the bathroom (on the board) to make the process as easy as possible. So, for goodness sakes, go sign up. I can ensure you that it will be a blast!!!

Also, quick reminder, if for any reason your workout equipment is still on the floor or tossed in a random corner, do us all a favor and put your stuff away. We're
all tired of picking up your sweaty towels and dirty cups.

Lastly, the WOD will not be posted tonight. Now you don't have an excuse to not show up. See you tomorrow! :O
