1.5 hour class offered Saturday at 11:15am or Wednesday at 7pm. Learn the basic technique of CrossFit and get properly prepared to move right into the main workouts of the day. Unlimited monthly memberships will default to autopay unless you request otherwise. We require 7 days written/email notice when you plan to cancel, alter or upgrade your membership plan. If you have not requested a hold for travel/illness/absence, we cannot reinstate memberships dormant for over 2 months.
