Thanks to all who came out for the Beach Day. It was great to hang with everyone away from the gym and to get to know some of the newest members and their significant others. I speak for Camilla and I when I say it was just what we needed, so thank you to all 40-something of you for making it happen. Today's workout will be short and sweet, so make sure you do the WHOLE warmup.
