Thanks to Coach Kirkendall classes are on as usual Thursday afternoon, Friday afternoon only and Saturday 9:30 and 10:30am.
Ryan and I will be heading down to Jacksonville for the South East CF Regional Competition Thursday evening. Pat will be competing too and by the looks of his Dead lifts and 30" box jumps, will be crushing it!
This Saturday is also the Savannah Mile at 8am. Check it out, it would be great to see our CrossFit SAV athletes (in the new t-shirts :-) representing!
