CALL YOURSELF AN ATHLETE

Put your heart into it.

If you start owning your title as athlete (1 among many other traits, of course) you will see a change.  Being an athlete means taking yourself seriously.  It means having the daredevil drive to give something new a try.  It means a willingness to test and experience failure.  It means appreciating your natural born skills and training your natural born weaknesses.  Being an athlete means you are not a coach potato, it means you care about what you feed your body. It's about being a team player and being a lone wolf.  There are countless definitions for ATHLETE, I certainly haven't named them all here.  Think about your own definitions.

What you call yourself has power over you.  Choose wisely.
