Thursday Workout

Ray is in literally every picture from this workout.

What a momentous day it was today! We completed our first back to back days of Joe's Barbell Club and Weightlifting Class and I think it pretty darn well. Steve Buttons only got 335 for 5 on the bench which is kind of a letdown, but hey that's what this thing's for right? Nowhere to go but up, Steve, you ridiculous muscle monster. On top of all that, it was Krista's first day of programming for the Unknown and Unknowable class and I would have crushed that one if I hadn't been busy with other things.

There are two important things to remember with all these new changes going on.

1) Give us some feedback on what you like and don't like about the new format. I know that everyone hates change and working out in the new room makes you feel like you have your underwear on backwards and blah blah blah who cares. The gym is bigger, there are two rooms, it holds more people, we want more people. You do the math. We gon' use it. Other than that, though we're interested. At least Joe and Krista are. They would love to hear that their handiwork is making you stronger or more spiteful towards them. As always if you have any anonymous complaints you can put them in the comment box. It's the big grey thing with a hole in the top that says "recycling."

2) Ask questions. If you don't know when a program or workout is being offered, ask. If you can't figure out something on WODTogether, especially if it has to do with payments, please find someone and ask them. The people who work at the gym aren't just nice to look at. You'd be surprised at what they know or can make up on the spot convincingly. If you are in doubt about anything, please don't hold your tongue and assume you know the answer. It's frankly quite shocking how wrong most of you are almost always.

In closing, I am fully aware that the two important things I listed are really just one thing (communication) but it was a really long paragraph, and here is Krista's second day of programming for your enjoyment.
