tuesday workout with details for this weekend

crowded Spring Saturday

clear out your closets, the earthday clothing swap is coming up this saturday.

some people have had questions, here are answers:

is the swap only athletic wear?
no!  this is not limited to workout clothes!  bring any clean wearable, clothing for any season and any purpose, last year there were LOTS of things from high heels to dresses, jeans and coats.

do i have to pay for the swap?
no!  it's totally free to participate we just ask you bring something to trade, but it's ok to just come peruse if you don't have anything to bring.  that being said, lululemon and innov8s are for sale and lulu only takes credit cards at trunk shows.

are there discounts on lululemon?
no, this isn't a sample sale, they will be bringing new season stuff in one of every size.  BUT there will be up to 30% off of innov8s from our friends at Specialty Sports.

is this only for members?
no!  all events are open to anyone and everyone!

is this only for women?
no! lululemon WILL be bringing men's athletic wear and Specialty Sports will be bringing men's shoes, so there will certainly be things for guys. historically no dudes bring to or take from the swap (we do have an incriminating photo of joe wearing one of camilla's pink ruffly tops tho!)  but we do encourage the men folk to participate.

can i just donate?
absolutely!  if you have a bag of clothes to drop off, by all means do and whatever doesn't get traded will go to goodwill.

i'm confused, when does everything start?
