For those of you new to the gym (and Jeff would be so happy to see how much our little gym has grown) Jeff Fox was one of our original members, Ryan's best friend, a fixture and superfan of CF SAV, and a mischevious, hilarious, unforgettable man. Last February he died very suddenly. His loss reverberates deeply within us still. This Sunday would have been his 30th birthday. In his honour, memory and celebration we will be doing his tribute WOD, The Fox, at 11am. All members are welcome and we encourage you to be there -the more the better. Penny his beloved dog and Jodi, his mother, will be there to watch. Let's give them a warm welcome.
