How did you enjoy your sugar free May?  I loved it, even with 3 hiccup moments.  It taught me to choose smarter snacks and indulgences.  It also revealed how sneaky sugar is about residing in every meal of the day if you're not paying attention.  It seemed to really improve and stabilize my energy and sleep patterns.  I'm going to keep it up.

As for the competitor's program, you may be seeing a lot of different activity at CrossFit SAV in the coming weeks.  We'll be working on raising the bar in a new and much more individualized fashion for those who have their sights set on competition in the coming year.  Our number one commitment will still be to provide programming and assistance work catered to the goals of our athletes, but we realize that some people are here for fitness not the CrossFit Games.  For these members, deadlifting 315 for reps or linking turn-out muscle ups together, may not be on the top of the priority list. Competition or not, expect to master new skills and work on besting your PRs this month. If you are interested in competing, talk to one of the coaches about getting in on the program.
